Education Workshops

 

Calling The Shots ethos has always been synonymous with education and we design and manage education projects for people of all ages and backgrounds. Recent projects include animation with excluded children and their parents, a school film residency in an inner city school, documentary production with lone parents and a summer school for Bristol teenagers.

 

Talent Development

 

Talented people of all ages need help to thrive and progress. Calling The Shots provides mentoring and production services to new and emerging film makers.

Projects include the long running Mini Masterpieces production scheme in association with Encounters Festival, the BBC3 New Film Maker’s production scheme, summer schools for Bristol City Council and the Digital Shorts and Digital Shorts Plus production schemes for the UK Film Council.

 

Recent clients include ACP Hospitality, South West Screen and Creative Partnerships
