Calling The Shots at No. 10

Young filmmakers from Hareclive Primary School and the Room 13 Arts Studio have produced a short film funded by First Light, the UK Film Council and the National Lottery.

 

'The Book' was nominated for the Best Drama Award and members of the crew attended the awards ceremony in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday 27th March 2007.

 

 

 

Two young filmmakers (pictured right) met PM Gordon Brown at a reception at number 10 the evening before the awards ceremony.

 

They were also invited to be CBBC Newsround reporters and by covered the ceremony and the reception!

 

 

 

 

Students from Hareclive School's Room 13 arts project produced 'The Book' , 7 minutes, over the summer of 2006. They worked alongside professional crew, including Director Of Photography Louie Blystad-Collins.
